Tony Wright-Jones

Cllr Tony Wright-Jones was elected to Council in May 2023. Cllr Wright-Jones is Chair of the Cemetery committee and sits on the Planning Committee and Twinning and Tourism Committee.
He is also the Town Councils representative for Pershore Plus Volunteer Centre.

Cllr Wright-Jones’ Personal Bio:
I moved to Pinvin just over two years ago from Bromley in Kent. I have my own business working within Building maintenance. The majority of my working life has been within the building industry.

I was a School Governor at St Olaves Grammar school in Orpington, Kent and was involved in local politics in London.

I sing as a Tenor in the Abbey Choir, am a member of the PCC and have recently taken over the running of the Tower tours.

Joining the Town council is an honour and a privilege to be able to give something back but ultimately to serve the people.
